Marathon training day 8…

3 mile base run in 39 min. Form is better, and this shorter run is getting easier! My goal though is to get it done in 30 min. I have about 88 miles planned for this month, and although it sounds like a lot, it’s really about half of where I need to be.

I started my morning with prayer and took my meditation with me on my run. This is always a big plus. Nothing clears my head more than a run. I stopped trying to force myself into a traditional meditation pose and accepted that I could achieve the same mindfulness during a run.
